Following the use of Marathon, Mildmay Uganda is trialing a different way to promote health services at races and when a person runs, he/she will be able to burn more fat in less time than endurance activities because running causes your body to burn fat, and of course you also supporting the cause

If you’re not sure about your physical fittness, join the MildMay runners on 1st March 2020 for an over-friendly 20 km race at Kololo Ceremonial Grounds. This year, the run hopes to raise as much money as possible for the cause and everyone is encouraged to run and save the lives of other people

The marathon aims at raising money to strengthen Neonatal Intensive Care Unit Services at the Mildmay Uganda Hospital and the tickets are at only UGX 20,000=. Mildmay Uganda is not a profitable organization and it was formed to provide comprehensive HIV/AIDS care to all Ugandans

Such campaigns promote health and now the goal is to raise money and awareness for Health issues among the citizens

As a country, we are very lucky to be able to have such organizations in place, so just remind yourself about the marathon because it is for the good causes. Details are on the posters
